Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. No minimum contract period. Cancel via your bank or by contacting us directly.

When will my first payment come out?

Payments are collected on the 10th of each month. Your first payment falls on the next available 10th after sign-up.

What area do you cover?

Bedford and surrounding areas including Kempston, Biddenham, Wixams, Shortstown, and most of Bedfordshire.

Is there a callout fee on Plus or Pro?

No. Plus and Pro members pay no callout fee. You only pay for parts if any are needed.

What if I have a boiler emergency?

Plus and Pro members receive priority response. We aim to attend the same day for urgent heating failures.

Is the Direct Debit safe?

Yes. Payments are processed by GoCardless and protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee, giving you the right to a full refund for any errors.
